Please note that it remains the responsibility of the customer to check for spelling mistakes before submitting. Letter Perfect Embroidery and Design/Chrome Equestrian will not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to a spelling error. Logo embroidery may incur a one time additional fee to digitize your logo into an embroidery file. If we do not already have your logo on file, we will contact you once we have received your order.

SIZING DISCLAIMER

Sizing will vary based on vendor. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct size for any custom product by measuring yourself and/or your horse and match the sizing accordingly. No refunds, credits or exchanges can be issued on custom products.

COLOUR DISCLAIMER

Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors. Letter Perfect Embroidery and Design/Chrome Equestrian does not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of the products as closely and accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact representation. Also, products may have the same color name, however due to different suppliers and die lots we can not guarantee they will match exactly.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Due to the current nature of COVID and the delays that are happening within the shipping process, delivery can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Once approved, all custom orders are final sale.  Please check sizing before submitting.  No refunds, credits or exchanges can be issued on custom products. Please inspect your order within 10 days of receipt for any manufacturer’s defects, or errors. You agree that if you are having a logo embroidered on any custom prodcut, that you have full permission from the owner of that logo/trademark/wordmark to use their logo/trademark/wordmark.
